Refund & Exchange Policy

At Elle Sila, we value our customers and strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Please read the following policy carefully:


1. Order Cancellations

  • Readymade Items: Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled after it has been processed or dispatched.
  • Customized Orders: All customized items are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only for readymade items, under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchanges are not applicable on customized or personalized items.
  • Only one-time exchange per order is allowed.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please email us at info@ellesila.ae with your order number and reason for exchange.


3. Shipping for Exchanges

  • For UAE exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • For international exchanges, customers must bear all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return delivery.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ellesila.ae with your order number and images of the product.
  • We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost if the item delivered was incorrect or defective.

5. No Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, except if the product is unavailable or out of stock after your payment.
  • If your order qualifies for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method only.

6. International Orders

  • Customers outside the UAE are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees in their respective countries.
  • Elle Sila operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

7. Processing Time

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our exchange policy, the exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
